Cis-3-hexenyl acetate is a classic and highly versatile substance. It occurs naturally in guava, apple, hyacinth, as well as in jasmine and ylang-ylang flowers.

Its application is very broad, ranging from fruity to citrusy and floral accords. A very small amount is enough to introduce a juicy and sweet note to our creations.
