  3. Package the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
  • For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
  • Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds
