Most materials are offered neat (100%). Products supplied neat do not include concentration information in their names. Diluted materials always state both their concentration and the solvent used, for example 10% (DPG) or 50% (TEC).

Aroma molecules are synthetic chemical compounds — pure, predictable and consistent. Each batch behaves in the same way, making fragrances easier to formulate and reproduce. Natural ingredients, such as essential oils and absolutes, consist of hundreds of compounds. They are more variable, but also richer in nuance. Both are used in perfumery, and most modern fragrances combine synthetic and natural materials.

The concentration stated on the label indicates the amount of fragrance material in the solution. Every diluted material also includes information about the solvent used, shown in brackets — for example, (DPG) or (TEC).

Yes, it often does. The country of origin and manufacturer can affect the purity, scent profile and price of a raw material. Each product description includes information about the manufacturer and the CAS number — a unique identifier assigned to each chemical substance. This is an industry standard that makes it possible to compare materials regardless of their trade names.

Some can, but not all. Each ingredient has specific applications and safe-use limits established by IFRA — the international organisation responsible for fragrance safety standards. Each product includes IFRA documentation specifying the permitted concentrations for different applications. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you choose the right ingredient for your project.

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier and usually takes an additional 1–2 business days within Poland. Before dispatch, every order is carefully packed to ensure that the materials reach you in perfect condition.

Liquids are shipped in tightly sealed glass or aluminium bottles. Solid materials are packed in plastic or aluminium containers. Everything is protected with plenty of shock-absorbing packaging material. If anything arrives damaged despite these precautions, contact us and attach a photograph — we will resolve the issue without unnecessary formalities.

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. If something does not meet your expectations, contact us. We can often find a better solution than a return

We accept card payments, instant online bank transfers and BLIK. Traditional bank transfers are also available.

Perfumery is a long-term pursuit, and every session spent smelling and testing materials teaches you more than an hour of reading theory.

Far fewer than you might think. A simple composition can be created using just a few materials. Instead of buying many at once, start with a small selection and get to know each one well — how it smells on its own, how it develops on the skin and what it pairs well with. In our Knowledge Base, you will find formulas and accords that you can use as a starting point. We are continually publishing new articles to help you expand your knowledge.

Every product in our store includes a “Pairs well with” section, which places the material in context and suggests suitable combinations. The essential equipment includes fragrance blotters, pipettes, a scale accurate to 0.001 g and suitable containers for storing your compositions. There is no need to invest in a professional laboratory straight away — a reliable scale and precise dosing are more than enough to get started.

Yes, provided that you follow the recommended safety instructions. Every ingredient in our store comes with a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and IFRA documentation specifying safe concentrations for different applications. Work in a well-ventilated area and avoid eye and skin contact with concentrated materials. When testing a new ingredient for use on the skin, always test the properly diluted final product on a small area first.

Yes. Ethanol is the most commonly used carrier in perfumery. You can also use DPG (dipropylene glycol), jojoba oil or other bases. Each carrier affects the fragrance profile and longevity differently.

In the event of skin contact, wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water. In the event of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Detailed first-aid procedures can be found in the SDS provided for each product.
