2-Methyl Pyrazine, like all substances from the pyrazine family, has a very intense and volatile odor. Trace amounts of this molecule are released during the heating of food, not only grains but also meats and mushrooms.

In perfumery, it is excellent in gourmand compositions.

Due to its very high potency, we offer a 5% dilution, which we recommend diluting even further.
