Parmantheme is a classic base from Firmenich, created in the 1930s and still produced today. Originally, its construction was based on ionones, heliotropin and methyl octin carbonate. Some of these components have been replaced by more modern substances over the years, and the composition itself undoubtedly underwent a slight facelift during these 90 years. It still smells very elegant and chic.

Parmantheme is a great starting point for all kinds of powder-violet and other retro-style compositions.
